As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will be at the forefront of implementing the Ridgeline enterprise cloud software for investment management customers. Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities encompass several key areas:

  • Project Planning and Design: You will define project goals, establish a clear scope, allocate necessary resources, and create timelines to ensure projects are completed effectively.

  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the project team will be crucial. You will assign tasks based on team members' strengths and ensure effective collaboration among all involved.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, you'll manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Budget Management: You will oversee the project budget, ensuring financial tracking and cost-effectiveness to deliver projects on budget.

  • Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables align with quality standards and meet stakeholder requirements will also fall under your purview.

  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks will be vital. You will need to devise strategies to mitigate risks and manage any issues that arise.

  • Project Evaluation: After project completion, assessing outcomes against objectives and analyzing performance will help in reporting results to stakeholders.

  • Hands-On Task Execution: Engaging directly in critical project tasks when necessary will facilitate team efforts and overall project success.

  • Travel Requirements: Expect to travel domestically between 25-50% of your time, which may involve visits to client sites or other locations.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong knowledge of the investment management industry, including both front office and back office systems, workflows, and processes such as portfolio accounting and performance measurement.

  • Proven skills as a Project Management practitioner, adept at coordinating functional and technical resources effectively.



  • A high degree of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within competing priorities.

  • Strong capability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

  • An innate curiosity and ability to quickly learn new software technologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Bonus Skills

Additional skills that are preferred but not mandatory include:

  • Understanding of Agile principles and software development lifecycles.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Apps and the MS Office suite, and project management tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence, and Mavenlink.

  • A foundational understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology.

  • Possession of Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a cash compensation range of $140,000 to $165,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings). It is important to note that final compensation may vary based on candidate experience and expertise.
