Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our existing customers in making changes to their current insurance policies from one of Jerry's 55+ insurance carrier partners. Tasks will include processing service changes and answering questions regarding policy details. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Processing service requests, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
  • Assisting customers with questions related to their existing insurance policies about coverages and policy benefits.
  • Helping retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • You should be able to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • A passion for helping others is crucial.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Compensation and Perks

Jerry offers a competitive hourly wage for this position, ranging from $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Additionally, we provide significant benefits and incentives, including:

Additional Information

The successful candidate will receive a starting pay within the range specified based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Compensation may include opportunities for equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, a 401(K) plan with employer matching, and wellness benefits. Please note that part-time, contract, or freelance roles may not be eligible for certain benefits.
