Role of a Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve a critical role by managing a portfolio of approximately 40 founders.   • Engagement: You will actively drive engagement within the company's Skool community, celebrating the successes of founders, interacting with their posts, and sustaining momentum within the community.

  • Metrics Tracking: It will be your responsibility to use Asana to track your performance and client outcomes, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as upsells, reviews, and case studies.

  • Content & Process Development: You will work collaboratively on developing founder journeys and playbooks to refine the client experience for seamless progress through the curriculum.

  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gathering feedback from clients, identifying bottlenecks in processes, and proposing solutions for improvement will also be essential duties within this role.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the Success team to share insights and engage in strategies for maximizing client outcomes will be a must in this position.
