Managing a portfolio of Film & Television clients after their onboarding phase. You will act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement.
Driving client success by facilitating deeper relationships and increasing feature adoption. Your efforts will focus on identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
Collaborating closely with Paymasters to ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain seamless operations.
Conducting proactive engagements, including health checks and quarterly business reviews, tailored to unique client needs.
Monitoring client health metrics and payroll volume trends to recognize potential risks early, derive insights, and flag opportunities for upselling.
Representing client needs by submitting feedback and feature requests to contribute to product development and internal improvement processes.
Navigating both union and non-union workflows, maintaining a high standard of service across varied client requirements.
Partnering across functions, including Product, RevOps, Labor Relations, Implementation, and Support, to overcome complex challenges and enrich client experience.
Contributing to documentation and best practices for continuous improvement within the Customer Success team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working within finance, payroll, or production in the film and television sector.
