To qualify for this position, the applicant should possess several key skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role that involves sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations.
An advanced proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to Power Query, VBA/macros, and complex formulas.
Strong communication skills, with the capability to translate complex data findings into simple, actionable terms for diverse audiences.
Valuable experience working with or supporting high-volume sales teams. Familiarity with Convoso or similar outbound dialer platforms is strongly preferred.
