  • Writing technical documentation and articles to enhance product knowledge and customer support logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Dedicated Client Care Specialist, candidates must possess the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluency in French and English, both conversationally and written, to communicate effectively with international colleagues and clients.
