To succeed in this role at Kyndryl, you must satisfy several key qualifications:
Technical Experience: Expertise in version control, patch management, and security practices is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, detail-oriented, proactive, and a structured approach to work are critical soft skills for this position.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in both Dutch and English, capable of communicating effectively in writing and verbal forms.
Technical Background: Having a technical foundation in ICT, preferably with over 5 years of IT experience, is vital. A level of education equivalent to MBO+/HBO is also required.
Certifications and Tools: Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages, as well as experience with databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and web/application servers will be considered a plus. Knowledge of Git, Red Hat Ansible, and ServiceNow would also be beneficial.
