Job Responsibilities

As the Developer, Oracle Systems, you will take on significant challenges, primarily aimed at designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions with specified technologies. The following outlines your key responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud to support Oracle Fusion and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) processes, ensuring alignment with financial, billing, and revenue management functions.

• Develop integrations employing Oracle Integration Cloud, linking Oracle Fusion applications with external systems, which is critical for seamless operational flow.

• Configure and customize ORMB modules, tailoring them to meet the specific business requirements of the organization.

• Build and maintain middleware components that leverage Oracle Fusion technologies, which is vital for reliable performance and integration.

• Ensure data integrity and optimization across all Oracle platforms, contributing significantly to the reliability and efficiency of the systems.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions, enhancing project success rates.

• Implement best practices for secure and compliant data exchanges, ensuring all systems operate within regulatory frameworks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues stemming from Oracle integrations and ORMB configurations, maintaining system health and reliability.

• Participate in system upgrades and performance tuning activities to ensure the ongoing relevance and efficiency of Oracle-based applications.

• Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration mappings to maintain clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

For this role, Navitus expects the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Mandatory Oracle certifications in ORMB, OIC, or Fusion Applications, demonstrating expert knowledge in the requisite platforms.

  

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle development, particularly focusing on ORMB, OIC, and Fusion Applications.

• A strong grasp of the Oracle ORMB architecture, along with configuration and customization capabilities.

• Hands-on proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud, familiar with REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestration flows, vital for successful data integration.

• Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, with particular mention of Financials, HCM, or SCM modules, is a significant asset.

• Familiarity with PL/SQL, Java, XML, and XSLT is crucial for efficient programming and scripting tasks.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, enhancing project agility and responsiveness.

• A working knowledge of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts contributes to the holistic understanding of application integration.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, increasing efficiency in project workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), aligns with modern data handling and processing methodologies.

Payment and Benefits

Navitus offers a competitive salary range of approximately $98,383.84 to $122,979.80 annually. They also provide the following benefits:

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position runs from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CDT. However, it is noted that remote work is not available to residents of certain states including Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
