To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
A robust 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 6 years of expertise specifically in content marketing and strategy, ideally within a high-growth environment.
Proficiency in creating a wide range of content types for both organic and non-organic marketing efforts.
Solid understanding of SEO content, editorial strategies, and multimedia formats (such as podcasts and videos).
Strong editing capabilities, where you can clearly identify areas for improvement in a writer’s work and provide feedback that fosters growth and enhancement.
A knack for storytelling, strategically aligning content with various stages of the customer purchase process.
Ability to communicate visual content needs and brainstorm effectively with graphic designers, photo editors, and video producers to create visually impactful materials.
Experience with project management and editorial calendar creation; familiarity with tools like Craft CMS, Adobe Analytics, Asana, and other content marketing systems is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $166,400 – $228,800 annually.
