As the Director, Analytics & Research, you will play a pivotal leadership role in managing and mentoring a team of early to mid-career researchers. Your focus will be on strengthening existing client relationships as well as pitching to new clients, making it a hybrid B2B/B2C leadership position. You will not only lead a team consisting of Managers, Consultants, and Analysts, but you'll also contribute to developing innovative marketing strategies within the technology sector and across various consumer brands.
In this capacity, you'll undertake several key responsibilities, including:
Leading and mentoring a team of Research Managers, Consultants, and Analysts (about 3-5 individuals).
Collaborating with Managers to find their voice, developing innovative research approaches, and creating compelling narratives.
Supporting your team in gaining foundational skills, including technical competencies and project management abilities.
Partnering with HR and senior leadership in fostering innovations as a manager and talent developer.
Managing a portfolio of 6-8 projects covering B2B and B2C initiatives.

To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of quantitative experience within a research firm, consulting agency, or similar environments.
Proven experience executing both B2B and B2C primary research projects, especially in the technology sector.
Strong people management skills with a successful record of developing team potential.
Fluency in addressing strategic marketing challenges with a practical understanding of client objectives.
Communication, narrative-building, and presentation skills are crucial for this role.
