Driving process improvement initiatives and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations.
Candidates must meet several qualifications to be considered for this role:
A Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive procurement experience, especially in the cannabis, manufacturing, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven skills in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with hands-on experience in utilizing ERP systems and procurement analytics tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the capability to mentor and guide procurement teams.
Strong financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of how procurement impacts financial performance.

The position offers a competitive salary range between $150,000 and $175,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program that is performance-driven.
