Issue Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for intricate HR challenges, including change management, organizational design, and employee relations.
To excel in this position, candidates are expected to have:
An undergraduate degree or equivalent in fields such as business administration or human resource management.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including over 5 years working closely with senior leadership and 3+ years leading HRBP teams.
Proven success in a high growth, globally matrixed organization, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong abilities in change management, relationship-building, and conflict resolution.
A player/coach mentality, including a readiness to engage and execute.
Excellent communication, consulting, collaboration, and coaching skills.
Experience in creating and implementing HR programs and processes in a distributed model.
