  • Oversee the development of global transportation KPIs, analytics, and performance dashboards to track efficiency and service consistency.
  • Lead strategies for transportation management systems (TMS) and data governance while driving reporting discipline and analytics automation.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Develop the Senior Manager of NA Logistics and Logistics Analysts, fostering an environment that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for the Director of Global Logistics role should bring substantial experience and educational background:

  • 15+ years of global transportation and logistics leadership experience.
  • 10+ years managing regional or cross-functional teams with a focus on multi-mode transportation and carrier negotiations.

Salary and Benefits

Additionally, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
