Job Responsibilities

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of a new company website that highlights DreamRider's talk of expertise in engagement and culture change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive project plan including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Coordinating with DreamRider team and external stakeholders to define project goals, target audience, and functionalities required for the website.

  • Designing a user-friendly layout that aligns with current web design trends.

  • Utilizing web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various CMS platforms to build the site.

  • Ensuring the website is responsive and fully optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

  • Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos.

  • Implementing SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.

  • Conducting thorough testing for functionality, compatibility, and usability.

  • Overseeing the launch of the website and monitoring its performance post-launch, making necessary adjustments for optimization.

Required Skills
