The Inside Sales Representative position at Easy Finance Academy is designed for Francophone candidates with a passion for education and sales. Understanding the educational needs and objectives of potential students thoroughly.
Providing detailed information regarding courses, programs, and other offerings.
Addressing inquiries and concerns to assist prospects in making informed decisions.
Guiding prospects through the registration process and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Offering exceptional client service to ensure a positive experience for both potential and current students.
Helping students with any issues or concerns they may face before, during, or after registration.
Developing a deep understanding of the courses and educational services offered by Easy Finance Academy.
Staying informed about new offers, program changes, and industry trends.
Tracking and reporting sales activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuously improving sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Sharing best practices and strategies with team members to enhance overall performance.
Identifying opportunities for additional sales of courses or supplementary programs to existing students.
Promoting complementary educational services to enhance the student experience and drive extra sales.
Candidates must possess the following key skills:
Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.
A bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
Over two years of professional experience as a sales representative.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM software (notably Hubspot), email marketing tools, and other sales-related technologies.
A passion for innovation and a sound understanding of AI solutions.
Initiative and the ability to act proactively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
Comfort in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience in the e-learning and/or finance sectors is considered an asset.
This is a full-time position that allows for 100% remote work with flexible hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
