Candidates should possess particular skills and experiences:
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails. Candidates must demonstrate their proficiency and familiarity with the framework.
Proven track record of building products from 0-to-1 in startup settings, indicating experience in early-stage product development.
Strong understanding of Ruby on Rails conventions and best practices, ensuring that the code adheres to industry standards.
