Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong technical foundation in power distribution, drives, controls, or automation. Experience in power generation is advantageous.
  • Proven capability in building and maintaining customer relationships while representing the company professionally.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills and the ability to operate independently.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside solid computer skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A flexible mindset with the willingness to travel extensively, expected to be up to 80% of the time, mainly across the UK, Africa, and the Middle East.

Special Role Requirements

  • Ability to travel internationally on short notice and to work during holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by project demands.
  • Will need to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
