The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
A BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development (L&D), or training roles, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
One year of experience in a post-sales capacity such as Customer Success Manager or Expansion Account Executive.
Strong communication skills, notably in presenting, facilitating, and coaching.
Proficiency in creating documentation such as project plans and training materials.
Analytical skills to visualize data and develop reports.
The ability to navigate ambiguity, leading teams toward solutions.
Expertise in notable adult learning theories and practices, including the ADDIE model and Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model.
