Assisting with Professional Services and Sales opportunities within Network Services.
Monitoring customer incidents and offering reports on selected accounts.
Adding value through the identification of trends, security threats, or technical bulletins that could affect customer operations.
Being accountable for all documentation and technical information concerning customer platforms and Telent Cloud Services (TCS).
Complying with internal and external processes related to task allocation, project completion, reporting, and overall change management.
Leading or assisting in pre-staging equipment for projects or installations at customer sites.
Participating in customer-facing meetings like support reviews and project roadmaps.
Submitting accurate timesheets weekly, while adhering to GDPR policies concerning sensitive data.
Managing Telent information with due diligence and reporting on any security incidents.
Key Skills and Requirements
To be successful in this role, Telent seeks candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
Familiarity with Cloud technologies, including some knowledge of Azure Cloud and experience working with Linux, Microsoft SCCM, and Microsoft Exchange.
A solid understanding of Networking Concepts.
Experience in IT Managed Service environments.
Certifications such as VCP 6.x-DCV (preferred, but not essential), MCSA: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or above, LPIC-2 (preferred, but not essential), and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later.
Strong customer-facing skills and excellent verbal/written communication abilities.
A positive attitude and an innate ability for problem-solving.
Experience in On-premise Cloud Services is a significant advantage.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
