Responsibilities

  • Becoming an expert on Gazelle's services and successfully selling the cloud UC/CC communications solutions to new enterprise customers.

  • Prospecting new business opportunities and collaborating with the Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) to qualify leads effectively.

  • Developing a solid understanding of the key differentiators in Gazelle's offerings, including internal and external systems as well as sales methodologies and processes.

  • Closing deals, which involves negotiating prices and terms alongside managing all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Providing ongoing support to regional channel partners, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of solution-based enterprise-level selling experience is required, particularly in Hosted Solutions, Contact Center, UCaaS, and SaaS.

  • Experience in selling cloud contact center software is essential, with Genesys Cloud experience being a significant advantage.

  • Proven skills in generating sales pipelines, demonstrating that you are a successful sales hunter and adept closer.



  • A track record of successful collaboration with a variety of channel partners.

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements that align with value-based selling principles, while consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.

  • Required experience in outside/field selling, with a willingness to travel to customer sites frequently.

  • Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations, conducting online web demos, and managing remote sales processes.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to clearly convey and relate ideas.

  • A vibrant and energetic attitude with the motivation to perform at a high level.

  • Proficiency in using SalesForce.com as part of the sales process.
