Ethos is currently seeking a Senior Growth Designer focused on paid social performance to join their Brand & Creative team. In the position of Senior Growth Designer, you will:
Design a high volume of performance-driven paid social creative, including static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video, tailored specifically for social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Support creative needs across various marketing channels, which include email campaigns, landing pages, affiliate creative, digital ads, and company materials.
Contribute to the development of paid social and growth-focused creative projects from initial concept through to execution. This involves shaping strategic direction and ensuring that ideas align with business objectives while quickly iterating based on real-time performance data.
Partner closely with performance marketers to test and analyze creative, utilizing insights related to audience demographics, messaging, formats, and best practices specific to different platforms.
Craft compelling visual stories using diverse elements like iconography, typography, photography, and animation, ensuring the creative is engaging and drives conversion, especially within paid social contexts.
Uphold and evolve the Ethos brand across key marketing channels by ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across emails, lifecycle communications, social media, advertising materials, landing pages, and events.
Generate creative support for new product launches and evolving product lines by creating assets that communicate value, drive engagement, and align with go-to-market strategies.

A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of experience in growth design or related marketing fields, showcasing a portfolio that emphasizes strong paid social performance work, conceptual thinking, and impactful visual execution.

A well-organized, self-directed nature with a high focus on detail, an openness to feedback, and an inherent collaborative spirit. Experience in DTC, fintech, or financial services is preferred, particularly highlighting portfolios showcasing work for non-physical or digital-first products.
The base salary for this full-time position ranges between $105,000 - $185,000. This range is dictated by the role's level and location, with the specified figures representing the minimum and maximum starting salaries for new hires across various U.S. locations. Pay may also be influenced by specific job-related skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.
