To be successful in this position, candidates are expected to have:
3+ years of experience in one of the specified top-tier strategy consulting firms: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
A history of building financial models, undertaking market analyses, and syntheses from diverse inputs under time constraints.
The ability to produce client-ready deliverables while forming robust recommendations in scenarios of uncertainty.
Strong structured problem-solving skills and independent work style with attention to detail.
