Job Responsibilities

The Expert Organization and Coordination of Evaluation Teams in this role will be under the hierarchical authority of the head of the quality and harmonization practices pole of the Directorate for Access to Rights and Pathways (DADP). Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing requests for support from territories facing challenges and assessing needs relating to operational support missions.
  • Providing on-site support to professionals at MDPH (Maisons Départementales des Personnes Handicapées) and county councils.
  • Developing and implementing action plans to address workflows, particularly at stages of evaluation and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Assisting in the evolution of information systems relevant to MDPH and the development of evaluation systems.
  • Innovating, proposing, and implementing methodologies to ensure the success of organizational missions.

Required Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and other office tools like Word and Outlook.
  • Deep understanding of the operations of MDPH and social services, particularly in the context of APA (Allocation Personnalisée d'Autonomie).
  • Familiarity with public policies concerning people with disabilities and the elderly.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate systems and help stakeholders identify obstacles and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proficiency in writing.
  • Rigor, organization, and adaptability are critical traits.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the medico-social sector is required.
  • A relevant degree such as a Bac +5 (Master) in medico-social organizations is essential.
