Job Responsibilities

The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leveraging complex analytics and modeling to drive business results. Key functions include:

• Leading projects focusing on customer analytics and retention models, while utilizing broad knowledge of agency economics and lead optimization.
• Developing multiple phases of data science projects encompassing ideation, experiment design, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, model building, and deployment.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance data infrastructure and serving as an objective partner in decision-making processes.
• Mentoring and supervising less experienced team members, facilitating professional development, and ensuring a high-performance culture where innovation is encouraged.

Required Skills

Salary
