Responsibilities
As the Field Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Own Regional Demand & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans targeting the Nordic and Benelux regions, focusing on pipeline and revenue targets.
Drive full-funnel demand generation for priority accounts and market segments.
Align marketing initiatives with regional sales priorities.
Execute High-Impact Programs
Organize and deliver diverse field marketing programs including executive roundtables, Chainguard-hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
Localize and amplify global campaigns to resonate with regional audiences including security professionals, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
Leverage digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Drive Strategic Account Engagement
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts.
Build targeted, multi-touch campaigns for complex enterprise buying journeys.
Create personalized engagement strategies aimed at accelerating opportunities through the sales funnel.
Strengthen Sales & Marketing Alignment
Become a trusted marketing partner to Regional Directors, Sales teams, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
Support Sales with relevant messaging, programs, and tools to improve conversion and pipeline velocity.
Expand Partner Marketing
Collaborate with cloud, channel, and technology partners to design joint campaigns and maximize regional influence.
Enhance regional reach through strategic alliances and ecological engagement.
Contribute to EMEA Strategy
Support pan-EMEA campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives with insights from the Nordic and Benelux regions.
Share feedback that helps refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Measure, Optimize & Scale
Track and analyze key performance indicators including pipeline contribution and engagement metrics.
Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights to support regional growth.
Required Skills
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing, preferably in B2B technology, security, cloud, or developer tools.
Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing programs specifically in Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working alongside Sales, SDR/BDR, and cross-functional teams.
A good understanding of the cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape is highly desirable.
A data-driven mindset with familiarity in using marketing metrics and insights for strategy development and optimization.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills necessary for influencing various levels within the organization.
