X4 Technology is seeking a Senior FX Options Dealer to join a high-growth European FX payments fintech based in London. Responsibilities

In this role, you'll report directly to the founders and play a pivotal part in the evolution of the derivatives desk. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of structuring, pricing, and trading tailored FX options strategies for corporate clients.
• Acting as the lead risk advisor and pricing authority for FX Options throughout the trading process, from pre-trade analysis to execution.
• Maintaining a strong market awareness to advise clients on essential strategy adjustments and effective risk management.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates applying for the position of Senior FX Options Dealer should meet the following requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in trading or structuring FX Options, specifically for corporate clients.
• A deep understanding of FX derivatives, with experienced knowledge in risk modeling and options pricing.
• An FCA Level 3 certification at minimum is required, with Level 4 being preferred. However, sponsorship for Level 4 is available for the right candidate.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a self-directed approach, paired with a sharp commercial focus.
• An established client network in the FX, treasury, or corporate hedging space.

Working Environment

This position comes with a hybrid working setup, allowing employees to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays while being based in the City of London HQ.
