The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in backend or bot development. This includes hands-on experience with major messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields would be advantageous, although not strictly required.
Technical Skills: Strong command of programming languages like Python or Node.js for creating backend logic, with solid experience integrating with REST APIs, handling OAuth, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
Conversational Design: Knowledge in building reliable conversational workflows, with familiarity in LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) being a strong plus. Experience with conversation storage and management leads to better user experiences.
Problem Solving: Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage projects independently.
