Network Building: Build and maintain relevant networks within the philanthropy and international development sectors in Italy.
Team Leadership: Lead a small team of staff or interns while supporting other fundraising initiatives such as individual contributors or events.
To succeed in the Fundraising Manager role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proven track record in account management and fundraising from foundations or institutional donors, with expertise in proposal writing within international development or humanitarian aid contexts.
Strong existing network within Italy and a deep understanding of the fundraising landscape.
Proficiency in Italian at the native level and excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English.
