Key Responsibilities

As the Global Head of Field Marketing, you will:

  • Oversee a team of 4 global field marketers, each responsible for managing around 30-45 events every quarter.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to strategically allocate the field marketing budget based on regional needs.

  • Design quarterly field marketing plans that place a strong emphasis on generating new leads, thereby driving the overall growth of the business.

  • Enhance event budgeting strategies to ensure alignment with business needs pertaining to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and pipeline requirements.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring compliance with financial forecasts.

  • Improve post-event metrics, focusing on tracking deal registrations and pipelines that arise from marketing activities.

  • Work with the global demand generation team and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) conversion rates derived from events.

  • Foster internal collaboration and build a strong brand presence at events by enhancing messaging and ensuring alignment with product campaigns.

  • Innovate and enhance partner events to maximize collaborative opportunities for driving leads and budgets.

  • Maintain minimal travel requirements, under 10%, with occasional team offsites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Between 8-12 years of experience in field marketing or partner marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector.

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful field and partner marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and grow partner revenue.



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to navigate multicultural team dynamics effectively.

  • Global experience in regions outside of North America.

  • A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions and performance optimizations.

  • Comprehensive event management expertise, inclusive of budget handling and vendor management.

  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.

  • Team player qualities, emphasizing relationship building and collaboration across functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for the role typically falls between $140,000 - $200,000, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Besides the competitive salary, JumpCloud offers an extensive benefits package which includes:
