In this role, key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries related to payroll and resolving routine payroll issues.

Assisting in the resolution of payroll discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and local payroll partners for prompt resolution.
Elevating complex payroll or compliance queries to senior team members, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients.
Partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and support to offer an integrated customer experience and address client inquiries effectively.
Conducting regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practices.
Participating in payroll processing for employees, ensuring precision in calculations, deductions, and adherence to local regulations.
Ensuring payroll submissions are handled according to country-specific laws, including salary adjustments and bonus payments.
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 3 years in a payroll role, whether in-house or with an external payroll provider.
Proven experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders while resolving issues and maintaining relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
