Position Summary

The position of Head of Human Resources is critical at Mashgin, functioning as a strategic partner to the executive and leadership team. The person in this role will cultivate and embody Mashgin’s people and culture strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, implementation, and administration of best practices and policies within the HR function.

  • Championing Mashgin’s company values in all HR initiatives, ensuring they resonate with daily operations.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Head of Human Resources position, candidates should meet these minimum qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of HR leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or tech startups.
  • Demonstrated success within a high-growth, fast-paced tech startup environment, ideally having scaled a company from around 70 to 250+ employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws across multiple states, understanding regulatory implications for operational practices.
  • Proven capability to influence and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives and personnel, promoting a culture of transparency and connection.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information and make sound judgments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as adept conflict resolution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:


  • Experience with Rippling HRIS System.
  • Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD are a significant plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading comprehensive HR or People functions within an organization.
