  • Material Improvement in Pipeline Management: The candidate will not merely report numbers but will engage in active pipeline management. This includes implementing systems to enhance lead-to-close velocity and to ensure the overall health of the sales funnel.

  • Forecast Accuracy & Risk Visibility: Establish a methodical rhythm for forecasting, offering leadership early warnings about revenue risks and potential opportunities through rigorous validation of data.

  • Sales Process Governance: The selected candidate will set standardized sales stages and conditions for entry and exit, ensuring adherence to best practices across the global sales teams. This is vital for maintaining data integrity and ensuring process repeatability.

  • Planning: Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to manage strategic annual plans, which will encompass setting sales quotas and designing compensation plans.

  • B2B Lead for Global RevOps: Function as the main point of contact for B2B initiatives within a global revenue operations team, ensuring coherence between B2B activities and the overarching Commercial and Financial frameworks.

  • Alignment: Manage the integration and process connections between Sales, Marketing (Lead Generation/Attribution), and post-sales services to ensure smooth transitions and retain customers.

  • Unified Reporting: Team up with various departments to guarantee accurate, comprehensive insights into B2B performance, linking raw CRM data to financial results.

  • Roadmap Management: Oversee the sales technology roadmap to ensure that selected tools and systems enhance sales efficiency rather than create administrative burdens.

  • Systems Onboarding: Define and manage the new hire onboarding and training program to ensure that all incoming staff are adequately prepared.

  • Change Management: Lead the adoption of new tools and processes and address resistance through clear documentation and thorough training.

  • Vendor Management: Hold ownership of all B2B sales system vendor interactions, ensuring value extraction and adherence to contracts.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and rectify friction points in the sales cycle to ensure a smooth client lifecycle experience, especially concerning transitions from Marketing to Sales and from Sales to Service.

  • Leadership: Serve on the Operations Leadership team and manage the B2B CRM Administrator to ensure strategic alignment within the organization.

Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for the Head of Revenue Operations position, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years in revenue operations or similar positions.
  • Experience transforming high-level B2B objectives into actionable operational workflows.
  • The ability to navigate the varied needs of stakeholders across Commercial teams, Finance, and IT.
  • A focus on developing systems that yield predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Expertise in CRM architecture and the ability to analyze data, spotting trends or irregularities in large B2B datasets.
  • Experience managing complex projects and change management in a remote work atmosphere.
  • Expertise with the Salesforce platform, especially focusing on Sales and Service Cloud, ideally with 8+ years of hands-on experience.

Compensation and Benefits
