Since its inception on October 31, 2022, the company has successfully generated over $3.4 million in profitable revenue primarily through Meta Ads, leveraging a straightforward Shopify landing page. This success positions Headlight Glasses as a scalable brand with significant growth potential in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Job Position
The company is currently seeking a CRO Man, or Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, whose primary mission will be to elevate the company to achieve a remarkable $1 million pre-tax net profit during the designated season from October 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Implementing A/B tests and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and drive conversion improvements.
Designing custom advertorial-style landing pages to resonate with target customers.
Reporting performance metrics daily during onboarding and weekly thereafter, maintaining transparency and accountability.
