  • Preferred qualifications include completion of a factory airframe/power plant school and FAR 135 operations experience.
  • An FAA A&P License in good standing is required; an Inspection Authorization (IA) is preferred.
  • Candidates should be skilled in electrical troubleshooting, vibration-balancing, and sheet metal/composite repairs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environmental setting.
