Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in developing lifecycle marketing programs with a focus on automation, segmentation, and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency with enterprise-grade Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Eloqua, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally to align goals and execute data-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and ask critical questions based on data.
  • Attention to detail—a necessity in ensuring error-free communications to a vast user base.

Additional Skills

Ideally, the candidate should also have:


  • 5+ years of experience in operational tasks including A/B testing within lifecycle marketing frameworks.
