Supporting the induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth experience.
Participating in formal Employee Relations meetings as a note-taker and witness during discussions.
Coordinating referrals to Occupational Health and keeping records of sickness absences.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Advisor roles.
Holding a CIPD Level 3 qualification or having equivalent experience in human resources.
Confidence and ability to work adeptly with HR Information Systems, especially experience with Workday and/or Allocate Health roster systems is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries effectively and professionally.
Ability to work independently while being part of a geographically dispersed team.
Strong digital literacy and IT skills are essential.
Experience in the healthcare setting is a plus.
