The Role: HR Analyst

Wisetack is currently searching for an HR Analyst to become a vital part of its People team. Key Responsibilities

People Systems & Metrics

One of the primary responsibilities will be to serve as the main administrator for crucial People tools such as ChartHop, Lattice, Sequoia, and Carta. The role will involve managing system configurations, permissions, and data hygiene to enable clean workflows. Further responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports covering various People metrics like headcount, attrition, diversity, equity, inclusion, employee engagement, and compensation.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to support necessary core processes such as compensation reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Monitoring the performance of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partnering with IT and Infrastructure teams to ensure that People tools align with internal requirements and security standards.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensuring compliance with HR regulations is another critical aspect of this role. Responsibilities here include:
