The Role: HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

People Systems & Metrics

One of the primary responsibilities will be to serve as the main administrator for crucial People tools such as ChartHop, Lattice, Sequoia, and Carta. The role will involve managing system configurations, permissions, and data hygiene to enable clean workflows. Further responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports covering various People metrics like headcount, attrition, diversity, equity, inclusion, employee engagement, and compensation.
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to support necessary core processes such as compensation reviews and performance evaluations.
• Monitoring the performance of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partnering with IT and Infrastructure teams to ensure that People tools align with internal requirements and security standards.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensuring compliance with HR regulations is another critical aspect of this role. Responsibilities here include:

• Partnering with the PEO to assure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state remote workforce.
• Assisting with auditing processes and maintaining the necessary documentation to meet both regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality with employee records and ensuring data integrity across all systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in People Operations, HRIS, or a data-focused HR role, ideally within a high-growth or startup context.
