Close collaboration with HR leadership on payroll-related audits and process improvements is also required.

The Specialist will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processes for improved efficiency and accuracy while working with cross-functional teams to refine payroll workflows and system integrations.

Ideal Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should be detail-oriented and analytical, capable of auditing and reconciling payroll data with precision. Other qualities that make an ideal candidate include:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is also preferred. Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now and managing leave administration (like FMLA and disability) is necessary. Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll reporting systems will be a plus.
