Supporting upper management by handling escalated Employee Relations (ER) cases, and advising on various HR initiatives.

Managing all aspects of HR administration, including the Personal Development Review (PDR) process and preparing HR reports.
Overseeing TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions during employment changes.
Promoting the company’s range of HR offerings, including learning opportunities, career development resources, and engagement initiatives.
Ensuring good communication regarding key HR initiatives, legislative updates, and best practices in HR operations.
Training new managers in HR operational excellence and supporting company events.
