End-to-end Hiring: This involves collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, preparing compensation benchmarks, identifying advertising opportunities, and resume screening to present qualified candidates to the hiring manager. The HR professional will also develop interview procedures and create personalized offers and consulting contracts.
Onboarding and Offboarding: The selected individual will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, striving to streamline these procedures where possible. This includes maintaining the Employee Handbook, leading the annual open enrollment process for benefits, and ensuring that the handbook is up-to-date with any state-specific addenda.
Benefits Management: The role requires overseeing benefits administration and managing contractor payroll biweekly. Communicating with managers about hourly contractor hour tracking will also be a part of this role.
Community Building: Supporting cultural and community-building activities is essential. This includes assisting with 360 reviews, addressing current team inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and consulting on new policy developments.
