Required Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of relevant experience in an HR role, particularly in the Biopharmaceutical sector, which includes working with international organizations within the Biotech/Pharmaceutical or CRO industries.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English; reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
  • HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or similar HR Information Systems (HRIS).
