Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior managers and employees across the organization. The primary responsibilities include:

Required Skills

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification: A formal qualification in HR or equivalent experience demonstrating a solid grounding in HR practices.
  • Generalist HR Knowledge: Hands-on experience in key areas such as employee relations and performance management would be crucial.
