Educational and Experience Requirements

Applicants for this position must meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • HR Certification from SHRM or PHR is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in an organization with over 150 employees, or at least 2 years of experience in an exempt-level Human Resources role within an organization of more than 50 employees.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, particularly with Paylocity or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
