Role Overview
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for wrangling complex product and healthcare data. With the ability to synthesize insights and narrate data stories, the analyst will present compelling dashboards and reports to various stakeholders. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Product Insights and will be vital in the company’s commitment to raising the healthcare standard for all.
Key Responsibilities
Drive insights and recommendations for complex projects independently and with cross-functional teams.
Understand product usage and identify opportunities to better meet member needs.
Prototype innovative approaches to measure product and business performance.
Develop and manage dashboards featuring critical visualizations that track both product and business performance.
Connect operational performance metrics with health outcomes and cost savings, enhancing the operational scale of the services provided.
Conduct projects aimed at driving higher clinical engagement among members with significant healthcare needs.
Measure and analyze population health outcomes to articulate the company's value to customers.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in highly quantitative roles, showcasing strong analytical skills.
Experience in leading complex analytics projects end-to-end, from defining problems to delivering insights.
Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, operations, and finance).
A strong sense of accountability, consistently delivering high-quality and timely results.
Advanced proficiency in navigating, joining, and analyzing complex datasets, with expertise in SQL, and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R being essential.
Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
A master's degree or other advanced qualifications in a related field is favorable, along with experience in offering analytical support for healthcare initiatives, particularly in value-based care programs or population health.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
Candidates should be able to remain seated for long periods and possess sufficient eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment effectively.
Salary Information
The base salary for this full-time position varies by geographic zone. The proposed salary ranges are as follows:
Zone A: $103,710 - $134,820 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $114,081 - $148,302 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $124,452 - $161,784 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $134,823 - $175,266+ equity + benefits
This range accounts for various factors, including education, experience, certifications, and internal parity.
