Prospective agents are encouraged or required to have, or obtain, appropriate licenses such as a Life & Health Insurance License and a Property & Casualty Insurance License, alongside a valid Driver’s License. The Insurance Producer role reports directly to the Regional Field Leader, who doubles as the Agency Consultant.
