We are seeking driven individuals to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a member of our team, you will benefit from a performance-based compensation package that provides a 36-month incentive alongside "enhanced" commissions. New agents are rewarded with monthly incentives during the first 36 months based on their sales volume, as well as quarterly production incentives for the same period.
Your role will involve addressing the unique financial challenges that educators face. As someone confident and enthusiastic, you will present our solutions effectively to both individual clients and large groups. Participation in various events, such as networking, community, and industry events, will be key in building and maintaining professional relationships.
You will be encouraged to engage with the local community, learn about new products and services, stay informed about industry trends, and continuously work on navigating market entry and building strong connections. This role requires willingness to invest time and resources in your business success and to acquire necessary licenses such as Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
We offer a structured pay system that includes a sign-on bonus and uncapped earnings/commission. Our incentive/bonus structure is designed to motivate and reward success. The work setting is flexible, allowing for in-person, in-the-field, office, and remote work options based on your preferences and needs.
Preferred licenses include Life & Health Insurance License, Property & Casualty License, and a mandatory Driver’s License. Our insurance producers report to the Regional Field Leader, who also fulfills the role of Agency Consultant.
