Collaborating with Indirect Procurement teams to optimize technology contracting, specifically focusing on SAP S4/Hana to accurately represent costs in financial plans.
Working closely with data owners to identify opportunities for improved data management that will enhance business insights and decision-making capabilities.
Leading efforts in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying innovative solutions to enhance finance partnering capabilities and project financial management.
The project encompasses various end-to-end processes, including but not limited to:
Procurement and Payment: Overseeing both direct and indirect procurement, managing global inbound invoicing, and ensuring smooth accounts payable processes.
Supply Chain Management: Coordinating global supply chain activities to optimize planning and fulfillment.
Customer and Revenue Management: Streamlining customer service operations, enhancing global outbound invoicing, and managing accounts receivable.
Financial Planning and Reporting: Developing effective budgeting and planning processes while ensuring accurate group reporting.
Accounting and Financial Controls: Managing global accounting functions, overseeing treasury, tax operations, and implementing strong financial controls.
