• Developing and studying methods for fault-tolerant measurement-based quantum computing (FBQC).
• Working on project topics such as linear optical networks, FBQC protocols, quantum error correcting codes, and simulation and modeling methods.
• Modeling the origin and propagation of errors.
• Simulating and benchmarking different protocols.
• Documenting, communicating, and presenting results effectively.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in Physics, Math, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a postgraduate degree related to linear optics, fault tolerance, or another quantum computing aspect.
• Proficiency in quantum information and familiarity with concepts such as quantum networks, graph states, stabilizer methods, quantum error-correcting codes, error modeling, and graphical calculus is desirable.
• Experience with programming in languages such as Python or C++ is essential.

Salary
