As an EMEA Design Manager, you will take on the following core responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams in overseeing data center construction projects, ensuring that all designs adhere to Iron Mountain's strict global standards and specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including construction, finance, and operations, to validate and execute project fit-out programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Extensive experience in the design of mission-critical facilities, particularly within sectors such as Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) industries, including data centers, pharmaceuticals, or energy.
Strong grasp of complex electrical, mechanical, life safety, and control systems, alongside a comprehensive understanding of national and local building codes.
Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
A University Degree in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering. The position requires flexibility to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
