Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, the successful candidate will be integral to the Infrastructure Team, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing various services throughout Outcomes First Group’s extensive network of schools and offices. The position involves not only day-to-day management of servers, networks, and cloud services but also executing planned improvements to Infrastructure. The scope includes liaising with other departments, contributing to IT projects, and ensuring the security and resilience of the IT framework.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing technologies across a complex corporate network.
• Managing Microsoft-based server infrastructure, specifically with tools such as Hyper-V.
